The present invention relates to an audio output apparatus capable of outputting a multi-channel audio and to a display apparatus applying the same. The display apparatus includes a display unit for displaying image data and a plurality of integrated speakers for outputting an audio signal of a low voice band and a high voice band. The integrated speaker includes a woofer speaker for outputting the audio signal of the low voice band and at least one front speaker for outputting the audio signal of high and middle voice band adjacent to the woofer speaker. Accordingly, the present invention provides the sound of high voice without loss of the low band regardless of a distance among listening place of a user, the display apparatus, and a back wall by outputting the multi-channel audio signal through a single speaker.
