A stack (12) is obtained by stacking non-magnetic body sheets (SH1a-SH2b) and magnetic body sheets (SH2a-SH2c). A coil conductor (14) is provided to the stack (12) so that a part of the magnetic body forms a magnetic core and the winding axis extends along a principal surface of the stack. The coil conductor (14) has: a plurality of linear conductors (14a, 14a,...), each of the linear conductors (14a, 14a,...) extending on the side of one of the principal surfaces of the magnetic body; a plurality of linear conductors (14b, 14b,...), each of the linear conductors (14b, 14b,...) extending on the side of the other principal surface of the magnetic body; and a plurality of via-hole conductors (14c, 14c,..., 14d, 14d,...) formed in the thickness direction of the stack (12) so as to be enclosed by the magnetic body. The via-hole conductors (14c, 14c,..., 14d, 14d,...) form a wound body with the linear conductors (14a, 14a,...), (14b, 14b,...). |
