PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve inspection efficiency and inspection accuracy in inspecting a measured object by using a measured value. SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus includes a measurement part 12 for measuring an insulation resistance of the measured object following a measurement instruction, a control part 13 for controlling a display part 16 to display a display value based on a measured value Rm of the insulation resistance measured by the measurement part 12 on the display part 16, and a storage part 15 for storing the latest measured value Rm measured by the measurement part 12. When a measured value Rm is already stored in the storage part 15 at the time when a measurement instruction is given, the control part 13 makes the display part 16 display, as a display value, at least one of an average value of a first measured value as a measured value Rm newly measured by the measurement part 12 and a second measured value as a measured value Rm stored in the storage part 15, a smaller value between the first measured value and the second measured value, and a larger value between the first measured value and the second measured value.
