<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion gel containing dispersed nanoparticles, in which nanoparticles are internally dispersed. <P>SOLUTION: The ion gel containing dispersed nanoparticles is obtained by dispersing a plurality of nanoparticles in an ion gel which is formed by gelling an ionic liquid. Dispersion of a plurality of nanoparticles is conducted by a step of decompressing an internal pressure less than the atmospheric pressure using a vapor deposition apparatus so that the nanoparticles of nanoparticle precursors are vapor deposited on the ion gel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
