<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a situation where a tube wears due to a rub against a rotary member. <P>SOLUTION: The rotation range of the inside rotary member to be rotated in a cylinder is smaller than the inner diameter of the cylinder. An outside fixed member is provided in a clearance from the outside of the rotation range of the inside rotary member to the inner wall of the cylinder, and the outside fixed member is fixed to the cylinder. The inside rotary member has a recessed portion opened in the direction of the inner wall of the cylinder, and a roller is stored between the recessed portion and the outside fixed member for crushing the tube. Thus, the tube which is crushed by the roller and expanded along the inner wall of the cylinder may contact the outside fixed member on the inner wall side of the cylinder, but does not contact the inside rotary member being rotated inside at a distance from the cylinder.
