<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet peeling device and peeling method which can reliably peel off a bonding sheet from a release sheet and to provide a sheet pasting device. <P>SOLUTION: By forming a convex portion (concavity and convexity) T and a gap U on the release sheet RL by a concavity and convexity forming section 3 and reducing adhesion between the bonding sheet S and the release sheet RL, a peeling section can reliably peel off the bonding sheet S when the release sheet RL is folded. Further, when the convex portion T is formed on the release sheet RL, by sucking in and supporting the bonding sheet S to make it difficult to deform the same by a supporting section 32, it is possible to minimize influence affected to the bonding sheet S and to maintain quality of the bonding sheet S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
