<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a CPU from being reset by a load fluctuation or the like. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a first substrate 1 loading a CPU 100. The CPU 100 detects a supply voltage V5cc to this CPU 100 and has a reset function for resetting this CPU 100 when this supply voltage V5cc becomes a prescribed value out of a normal operating voltage. The equipment is provided with a second substrate 2 loading a power source circuit 20 for generating an output voltage V5out to be supplied to the first substrate 1. The power source circuit 20 has a voltage control part IC 1 for feeding back and controlling the output voltage V5out on the second substrate 2. Wiring 9, 10 and 11 is provided for feeding the supply voltage V5cc to the CPU 100 from the surface of the first substrate 1 to an input 21 of the voltage control part IC 1 on the second substrate 2.</p> |
