DATA COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, CONSTITUTION DEVICE AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely access to a specific opposite communication device even from a remote point by easily constructing an own data communication environment on another communication device. SOLUTION: Information necessary for constructing own data communication is recorded on an IC card 20 together with an electronic signature. A client 10 performs the authentication between an identity card and the card 20 based on the recorded information on the card 20. A remote access server 30 specifies an information server 40 becoming the opposite party of communication from the recorded information on the card 20 that is acquired via the client 10 and decodes the electronic signature by using an open key of the server 40 to authenticate the justifiability to the server 40 of the client 10. When this authentication is completed, the communication is established among the client 10, the server 30 and the server 40 to make the communication of data possible.
