<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce switching noise of an analog switch and to realize detection with high accuracy by using the analog switch for an information input device. SOLUTION: This analog switch 1 consists of two pieces of the same type MOSFETs (N-MOS2 and N-MOS3), eliminates a pat of switching noises and suppresses noise by mutually controlling with inverted signals. The detection accuracy of an information input device improved by the use of the switch 1. Furthermore, it is possible to reduce the ship area of the switch 1 and to realize a display incorporated type information input device, which is small and has high accuracy by using one of the MOSFETs also as the MOSFET that constitutes an analog switch for display.</p> |
