The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing non-point pollution by adjusting rainwater. The apparatus includes a center tank having an inlet port and an outlet port, in which a position of the inlet port is higher than that of the outlet port; a sludge storage formed in the inner bottom of the center tank and having an opened upper portion; and a filter interposed between the center tank and the sludge storage to cover a portion of the opened portion. Since the initial sludge is effectively processed at raining, the non-point pollution is reduced, and the rainwater flows smoothly. Also, since the sludge is easily cleaned, the maintenance is conveniently carried out. |
