A caster (30) includes: a fixed body (40) fixed to a leg (15) of a stroller (10); a turning body (50) connected to the fixed body such that the turning body can be turned around a caster axis line (Ac); a wheel (35) supported by the turning body through an axle (38) such that the wheel can be rotated; a locking member (70) supported by the turning body such that the locking member can relatively be moved; and a switching member (60) arranged on the caster axis line, configured to be relatively movable along the caster axis line with respect to the fixed body and the turning body. The locking member is movable in accordance with the movement of the switching member along the caster axis line, between a locked position where the locking member is engaged with the wheel to restrict a rotation of the wheel, and an unlocked position where the locking member is disengaged from the wheel. |
