<p>The present invention relates to a waveform welding beam for a prefabricated building which can prevent an extreme defection phenomenon of a welding beam caused by a waveform cross-section of a web, and can prevent a strength reduction phenomenon easy to occur in a joint end portion of the welding beam. A prefabricated welding beam is formed of an upper flange; a lower flange; and a web. The web is formed of an embossed portion having waveform teeth continuously formed in the longitudinal direction; and a plate flat portion continuously formed at both ends of the embossed portion, wherein the embossed portion and the flat plate portion have different steel plates integrally coupled thereto. The lower flange is formed of a prefabricated steel plate having a length at room temperature shorter than that of the lower end of the web connected thereto, and having a camber formed upward, wherein the lower flange is heated while having load applied thereto at the same time to flatten the lower flange while stretching the length to be equal to the length of the lower end of the web, and the lower flange is quickly cooled after the stretched lower flange is connected to the lower end of the web by welding and the load is removed, thereby adopting prestress capable of suppressing an accordion effect at the lower end portion of the web.</p> |
