PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system with high versatility and flexibility capable of executing large-volume processing from multiple users at a high speed.SOLUTION: A data processing system 20 having a server computer 21 and an accelerator 22 includes a resource manager 23, and uses an accelerator having a reconfigurable hardware circuit as the accelerator 22. The resource manager 23 divides a function necessary for providing required services into a software function and a hardware function, and assigns the server computer 21 to execute the software function and the accelerator 22 with the hardware function. The resource manager reconfigures the hardware circuit of the accelerator 22 according to the assigned hardware function and causes the accelerator device 22 to execute the hardware function by the hardware circuit. |
