<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical functional member that is excellent in uniformity of outgoing light emitted from the whole light-emitting face even when used in a bent state. <P>SOLUTION: The optical functional member 10 has a light-guiding layer 11 made of a light-permeable material, a reflective sheet 12 provided on the side of a first face 11a of the light-guiding layer 11, and a reflective member 15 provided on the side of a second face 11b, opposite to the first face 11a, of the light-guiding layer 11. The reflective sheet 12 has a plurality of through-holes 13 formed in a thickness direction.
