<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste paper recycling apparatus which detects an abnormal liquid level of a storage tank of a paper making machine at the time of maintenance by manual control and prevents leakage of waste washing water or the like from the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The waste paper recycling apparatus equipped with a waste paper recycling processing system composed of a water supply pipe 108 for supplying water from a water supply source and a plurality of processing parts each provided for each treatment step, and a control part 700 which controls the operation of each processing part. A master valve machine 109 is disposed on the water supply pipe 108. A manual control washing water supply machine 110 which provides washing water by manual control is disposed branched from the water supply pipe 108 on the downstream side of the master valve machine 109. A liquid level monitoring machine 115 is disposed on at least one of the plurality of processing parts. The control part 700 is equipped with a master valve control function part 717 which closes the master valve machine 109 when the liquid level monitoring machine 115 has detected abnormal liquid level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
