<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aramid core wire which can prevent fraying of an aramid fiber, moreover flexural fatigue resistance is high, and is excellent in adhesiveness with rubber. <P>SOLUTION: The aramid core wire is manufactured through: the step in which a non-twisted ribbon base aramid fiber filament or a first twist aramid single fiber is immersed in a first RFL (resorcin-formalin-latex) liquid of which the solid content concentration is 10-30 mass%, and is dried; the step in which the aramid fiber filament processed in the first RFL liquid or a plural number of the aramid single fibers are bundled and subjected to second twist; the step in which the second twist aramid fiber code is immersed in a second RFL liquid of which the solid content concentration is 1-10 mass%, and is dried; and the step in which the aramid fiber cord processed in the second RFL liquid is immersed in a rubber cement, and is dried. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
