PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform multiple base stations cooperative transmission power control even when a propagation gain from a base station to a terminal cannot be measured. SOLUTION: A propagation gain between a plurality of base stations and terminals present in cells of the respective base stations and noise electric power of the respective terminals are measured. When the propagation gain cannot be measured, the distance between a base station and a terminal is estimated, and propagation distance characteristics are applied to the estimated distance to estimate the propagation gain. Simultaneous equations including transmission power of each base station as a variable are set using measured or estimated values assuming that SINR of each terminal is equal to necessary transmission quality, and solutions are found. When the solutions do not satisfy restriction conditions of base station transmission power, the number of terminals is sequentially decreased and simultaneous equations are set again. The processes are repeated until solutions satisfy restriction conditions of transmission power or no terminal to be decreased is left. When solutions satisfy restriction conditions of transmission power, the solutions are allocated as transmission power of the respective base stations. COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
