PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the inability of executing simultaneous two-axis measurement of an acceleration sensor with high accuracy caused by dependence of changes of inertial moments and friction forces of a large turntable and a small turntable on phases in an acceleration sensor characteristic evaluation device which includes the large turntable and a small turntable rotated in opposing directions and shifted in rotational axis.
SOLUTION: Links 3-1, 3-2, and 3-3 having equal lengths r are connected to the respective peaks of a regular triangle table 2 for fixing an acceleration sensor 1. The links 3-1, 3-2, and 3-3 are parallel to one another, and infinitely rotatable with respect to rotational axes 4-1, 4-2, and 4-3 thereof as indicated by arrows R1, R2, and R3. When bearing bias or the like is ignored, the inertial moment and the friction force of the table 2 become constant without depending on phases. The table 2, i,e., the acceleration sensor, makes, as indicated by an arrow R0, completely uniform circular motion with the lengths r of the links 3-1, 3-2, and 3-3 in the state of holding a posture with respect to the outside.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
|
