PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel permanent magnet rotor assembly, in which magnetic elements are housed in such a manner that the possibility of the magnetic elements leaking or leaching from the rotor assembly, leading to a source of contamination in whatever fluid system in which a rotor can be used is eliminated. SOLUTION: This assembling method concerns a permanent magnet rotor and a method for assembling the permanent magnet rotor. In a preferred embodiment, one or more arc-shaped magnetic elements 2 are placed around a cylindrical rotor core 1. A hollow holding shell body 3 is fit around the one or more magnetic elements 2. Spring eccentric members 8 arrest the relative motion of the core 1, magnetic elements 2 and a holding shell body 3. Annular end plates 4a, 4b are bonded to the ends of the core 1 so that the interior of the device can be hermetically sealed. |
