The present invention relates to a mask and, more particularly, to a two-stage mask pack which is a pouch in which a beauty mask can be used together with a cooling agent or a peeling glove. Before the beauty mask is used, dead skin cells and foreign substances of a face may be removed by using the peeling glove so that high-enriched essence of the beauty mask is effectively absorbed into the skin without cleaning the face with water. At the same time, the beauty mask cooled by the cooling agent may be used to refine the skin. The mask pack includes: a carrying space in which the cooling agent is carried in an inner space hermetically sealed by a cooling outer sheet and a sealing sheet; a peeling glove carrying space in which the peeling glove is carried in an inner space hermetically sealed by a peeling glove outer sheet and a peeling glove sheet; and a mask carrying space in which the beauty mask is carried in an inner space hermetically sealed by a mask sheet and a mask outer sheet.
