<p>The invention aims to provide a method for packaging hygiene products in a packaging bag, in which particularly high throughput and production rates and thus a particularly high production speed at a high level of reliability are ensured. Said aim is achieved according to the invention in that the hygiene products to be packaged are enclosed in a bag film tube (4), and the latter is then guided in a transport direction through a first welding station (20) and through a second welding station (34), wherein the bag film tube (4) provided with the hygiene products is welded laterally in a first welding step (20), before the ends thereof are welded in a second welding step (34), and wherein the bag film tube (4) provided with the hygiene products is rotated 90° relative to the transport direction between the welding steps.</p> |
