PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves unit which enables a work along eaves to be safely executed without installing an external scaffold around a building, prevents the building from being disfigured and can sufficiently ventilate an attic space. SOLUTION: The eaves unit 20 comprises: an eave soffit member 21; a facial board member 22 which covers an edge of the eave soffit member 21 at an outdoor direction side of a building body 1; supporting members 24 which are extended from an outer surface of the facial board member 22 toward the outdoor direction of the building body 1, arranged above an eaves gutter 42, and detachably support a fall prevention member 41; gutter receiving members 25 which are extended from the outer surface of the facial board member 22 toward the outdoor direction of the building body 1 and can support the eaves gutter 42 placed along a ridge direction of the building body 1; and eaves unit fixing members 23 which are arranged on an inner surface of the facial board member 22 at a side of the building body 1 and fix the eaves unit 20 to a building skeleton 3.
