PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static eliminator which allows a plurality of discharge needles to be mounted collectively and smoothly on a body, and is also capable of suitably obtaining conduction between each of the discharge needles and an electrode. SOLUTION: When mounting a discharge needle unit 13 onto a body 12, a large-diameter portion 26 of a conical coil spring 24 mounted on each discharge needle 23 is brought into elastic contact with an electrode 51, while the discharge needle 23 penetrates through each through-hole 52 on the electrode 51 in a non-contact manner. Because a small-diameter portion 25 of the conical coil spring 24 is kept in a contact state with the discharge needle 23, the conduction between the discharge needle 23 and the electrode 51 is suitably maintained via the conical coil spring 24.
