The present invention relates to a system for treating foreign materials, the system for treating foreign materials including a cleaning robot input to a specific zone, and configured to remove foreign materials or a mixed fluid containing them from the specific zone; a foreign material treating device configured to treat the mixed fluid discharged from the specific zone by centrifugation or sedimentation; a foreign material transfer line connected between the cleaning robot and the foreign material treating device, and configured to supply the mixed fluid introduced from the cleaning robot to the foreign material treating device; and a treated fluid transfer line connected between the specific zone and the foreign material treating device, and configured to supply, to the specific zone, a treated fluid where foreign materials are removed by the foreign material treating device. The system for treating foreign materials may stably seat the cleaning robot on a foreign material layer, such as sludge or the like accumulated in a specific zone, such as the inside of a structure or the like, and may quickly remove foreign materials by identifying the structure or shape of a cleaning zone, obstacles, or the like within a short time and being optimally activated and, simultaneously, may purify the removed foreign materials by centrifugation or sedimentation and collect the treated fluid, thereby ultimately improving foreign material removal capability and resource utilization.
