The present invention relates to a wind power generating system using an air conditioner outdoor unit with a duct and, more specifically, to a wind power generating system using an air conditioner outdoor unit with a duct provided to generate power with a fan rotated by external wind, thereby charging the generated power to a battery or supplying the power to a customer. The wind power generating system using an air conditioner outdoor unit with a duct comprises: a generation unit generating power through a fan rotated by wind power or electric power; a duct inducing external wind to flow into the generation unit; and a power unit storing and supplying current generated in the generation unit.
