PURPOSE: The present invention relates to a constant temperature liquid circulating device and an operating method thereof which can lower refrigerant pressure without stopping a compressor and continuously control temperature of a constant temperature liquid without stopping a freezing circuit or a constant temperature liquid circulating device by lowering the refrigerant pressure. CONSTITUTION: The constant temperature liquid circulating device does not actuate a fan (34a) or actuates the fan (34a) to maintain the minimum number of revolutions when refrigerant pressure measured by a pressure sensor after operation of a compressor (25) does not reach a reference pressure area, and controls the number of revolutions of the fan (34a) using an inverter when the refrigerant pressure reaches the reference pressure area, so as to control the refrigerant pressure. When the refrigerant pressure continuously increases and exceeds an upper limit value even after the number of revolutions of the fan (34a) reaches the maximum number of revolutions, the constant temperature liquid circulating device controls the number of revolutions of the compressor (25) to decrease from the number of high speed revolutions which is the number of revolutions at the time of normal operation in a state where the number of revolutions of the fan (34a) is kept in the maximum number of revolutions. |
