<p>The present invention relates to an infrared laser inspection apparatus and, more specifically, to the infrared laser inspection apparatus which removes a speckle phenomenon generated by emitting an infrared laser to perform clear imaging and monitoring. The present invention provides the laser inspection apparatus according to the present invention characterized in comprising: an infrared camera which takes an image of a subject to output the image and includes a series of lenses for implementing a zooming function; an infrared emitting means which irradiates the subject of the infrared camera using an infrared ray and includes a laser source and a series of lenses for adjusting a focus of the infrared ray outputted from the laser source; a diffuser which emits the infrared ray outputted from the laser source to prevent speckles; a diffuser driving means which moves the diffuser between a position, where the infrared ray outputted from the laser source can be emitted, and a position, where not; and a diffuser control means which transmits a control signal to the diffuser driving means, such that the diffuser can emit the infrared ray outputted from the laser source, when the infrared emitting means is to adjust the focus at a distance where the speckle is formed.</p> |
