<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin-covered steel member in which the cathodic peeling of a resin covering layer can be prevented and which has long-term adhesive durability without using a chromium-containing chemical conversion treatment layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a resin-covered steel member 10 is characterized in that the surface of a steel member 11 is coated with an aqueous solution containing at least one of phosphate selected from the A group and at least one of compound selected from the B group, which is dried, so as to form a chemical conversion treatment layer 12, and thereafter, an adhesive layer 13 and a resin corrosion prevention layer 14 are successively laminated, wherein A group: an Al based phosphate, a Ca based phosphate, an Mg based phosphate and a Zn based phosphate, B group: a V based compound, an Mo based compound, a W based compound, a Y based compound, a Zr based compound and a Bi based compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
