<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disperse load in the whole system to a plurality of business processing servers by autonomously determining a telegraphic message to be processed by each of the business processing servers. <P>SOLUTION: A business processing server (3) for processing a telegraphic message in any one business of a plurality of businesses includes: start means (39) for starting the processing of a first business by determining whether or not there is the first business to be processed of each business; telegraphic message transmission request means (32) for requesting the transmission of a telegraphic message related to the first business; telegraphic message reading means (33) for receiving and reading the transmitted telegraphic message; telegraphic message processing means (34) for processing the read telegraphic message; and halt determination means (37) for determining whether or not the processing of the telegraphic message of the first business is halted. When it is determined that the processing is not halted, the processing by the telegraphic message transmission request means (32), the telegraphic message reading means (33) and the telegraphic message processing means (34) is re-executed.
