PURPOSE: A preparing method for Cosmetics and beauty product using antibiotic silver solution is provided, which enables production of no-preservative, high-quality product by sterilizing effect of silver, and prevents skin disease from cosmetics and beauty product, so enhances reliability of product. The sterilizing and antibiotic effect of silver induce rising of skin protecting effect. CONSTITUTION: Silver solution is manufactured by the electrolysis of 99.99% silver following the process of: locating silver stick and carbon stick in the distilled water; connecting (+)pole to the silver stick, and (-)pole to the carbon stick; making silver ion by flowing electrics; preparing colloidal silver solution after dissolving ultra fine particle silver with a size of 0.005-0.015micrometer in the distilled water till 2.5PPM and over.
