PURPOSE: An optical pickup apparatus is provided to adjust a beam shift and a filed angle exactly without increasing the volume of the apparatus by preventing an influence by the focusing distance of a collimating lens. CONSTITUTION: An optical pickup apparatus comprises a pickup base, a displacement adjusting plate, and a rotation adjusting plate. The displacement adjusting plate(200) is connected to one side of the pickup base(100) so as to be able to be shifted horizontally. The rotation adjusting plate(300) is joined with the displacement adjuster so as to be able to be rotated vertically and/or horizontally. A body receiving a radiation part(600) is prepared in the rotation adjusting plate. The pickup base(100) includes a collimating lens(110). At one side of the rotation adjusting plate is protrusively formed a rotating part of a hemisphere plane having a predetermined curvature, and the displacement adjusting plate has a rotating groove receiving the rotating part.
