PURPOSE: A transporter of a pallet in a parking facility is provided to supply accuracy for delivering power while storing vertically and horizontally by a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A parking facility is provided for transporting a pallet(10) equipped on a lift(20) to both horizontal parking rooms of the lift. Plates(11,12) for horizontally delivering and a banded plate(14) for horizontally delivering are downwardly protruded at the lower face of the pallet. The plates for horizontally delivering are positioned at both sides of the lower surface of the pallet in parallel. Arms(21,22,31,32) for horizontally delivering are established for transporting by pushing the plates for horizontally delivering of the pallet by the rotational force of a driving motor. A pair of friction rollers(25,26,34,35) for horizontally delivering is established width wise at the centers of the lift and a trolley(30), so the banded plate for horizontally delivering in the pallet inserted between the friction rollers is horizontally transported by the frictional force of rotation.
