STRUCTURE FOR TICKET EXTRACT PORT OF AUTOMATIC TICKET EXAMINING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an automatic ticket examining machine even at a location with wrong installation conditions liably exposed to the weather by providing a drip-proof structure to a ticket extract port of the automatic ticket examining machine. SOLUTION: A drip-proof mechanism 40 that has a shutter 44 closed by its self-weight and open by a carrying force of tickets or the like is provided at a ticket extract port 48. The ticket extract port 48 is formed on the drip- proof mechanism 40 which is provided with a block member 42 having a container chamber 50 to contain the shutter 44 turnably. In this case, a water drainage hole 52 is formed on a block member 42 so as to communicate with the container chamber 50.
