<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network connecting device for connecting a fixed terminal on an internet through a much shorter path with a radio terminal, and for preventing the useless consumption of an IP address. SOLUTION: A name resolving server 111 in this network connecting device receives a request for resolving a name corresponding to the name of a radio terminal from a fixed terminal 101, requests the IP address of the radio terminal to base station controllers 121-123, and communicates the returned IP address to the fixed terminal 101. The base station controllers 121-123 receive the request for the IP address, and when the radio terminal registers the position in its own device, the base station controllers 121-123 assign the IP address to the radio terminal, and communicate it to the name solving server 111, and when the radio terminal registers the position in the other device, the base station controllers 121-123 communicate the other device to the name solving server 111. Afterwards, the base station controllers 121-123 receive an IP packet, and transfers it by operating radio-connection with the radio terminal.</p> |
