The present invention relates to a floor having a relocatable lower structure which enables a plurality of boards, installed at lower portions of a plurality of floor plates to support the floor plates and installed to be able to absorb impact by an impact-absorbing pad installed on a concrete floor portion, to be installed by being relocated from one place to another, thereby enabling a floor to be installed to be relocatable. The floor having a relocatable lower structure includes binding rails disposed at four corner portions of a plurality of boards to enable an opened quadrilateral recessed groove to be formed at the upper portion of a coupling portion when the boards are being coupled; binding members inserted and installed at the binding rails to maintain the coupled boards in such a way that the boards are not moved; and fixers fixing the binding members not to be detached from the binding rails, thereby easily installing and removing the floor, easily controlling the height of the floor to evenly install the floor even on an uneven concrete floor portion, and being used while not causing damages to already-installed stadium floor material. |
