<p>The present invention relates to an LED light emitting board made of a transparent plastic material and a method for manufacturing the same. The LED light emitting board, which is eco-friendly by not using lead that is conventionally used to connect an electrode pattern and an LED on a PCB, is configured to form an electrode pattern by printing conductive ink on a substrate made of a transparent plastic material and to electrically connect the electrode pattern to an LED through conductive epoxy, wherein the electrode pattern can be simply and promptly formed by printing the conductive ink on one side surface of the transparent substrate in a screen printing manner, thereby improving an esthetic sense and productivity. The method for manufacturing an LED light emitting board made of a transparent plastic material includes the steps of: preparing a transparent substrate; forming an electrode pattern by printing conductive ink on one side surface of the transparent substrate; forming at least one groove to insert an LED at a certain location connected to the electrode pattern on one side surface of the transparent substrate; inserting the LED into the groove for inserting an LED so that an LED light emitting unit is directed toward the inside of the groove; and electrically connecting the electrode pattern and the LED.</p> |
