<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower switching loss of power conversion equipment, and to achieve down-sizing, light-weight and cost reduction of a cooling device and the whole device. <P>SOLUTION: In the power conversion equipment, first to third semiconductor switch series circuits each formed by connecting two of semiconductor switches in series and a DC power supply are connected in parallel, and internal connection points of each series circuit are connected to a load as the output terminals of a first phase, a second phase and a third phase. The power conversion equipment includes: a voltage-command generating means 300 generating two voltage commands equalizing amplitudes and displacing electrical phase angles at each 180° in the first to third voltage commands to a first phase to a third phase, respectively; a first voltage-command correction means 400 correcting the amplitudes of the first to third voltage commands in response to the detecting value of the DC voltage, and a second voltage-command correction means 500 correcting the first to third voltage commands amplitude-corrected by the voltage-command correction means 400 so that at least one semiconductor switch holds an on-state in the first to sixth semiconductor switches. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
