<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel sheet excellent in permeability of water and effective ingredients to skin, and also excellent in handleability; and a sheet-like cosmetic material using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The gel sheet comprises a hydrogel containing an ether-based temperature-sensitive polymer, and gelatin or a derivative thereof.
