<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter membrane plate inspection device by image processing, capable of automatically specifying a defective filter membrane plate having a crack and a film formation trouble, in a filteration apparatus mounted with a plurality of filter membrane plates. <P>SOLUTION: The filter membrane plate inspection device includes: an upper camera 11 that photographs the plurality of filter membrane plates that are immersed in a liquid in a water tank and disposed; a difference processing unit 13 that compares a reference image obtained by photographing the plurality of filter membrane plates by the upper camera with an input image obtained by photographing by the upper camera while feeding gas to the plurality of filter membrane plates with pressure to create a difference picture; a binarization processing unit 14 that binarizes the difference picture to create a binary picture; a change distribution calculation part 15 that calculates the distribution of pixels where a change occurs based on the binary picture to output distribution data; and a defect presence/absence determination part 17 that specifies the defective filter membrane plate based on the distribution data and outputs result data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
