<p>The invention provides an ultraviolet irradiation device, which is uniform in the ultraviolet irradiation degree of the irradiation plane for the processing of objects and less in the incensement of the temperature of the object to be processed. The ultraviolet irradiation device comprises a light source unit equipped with a plurality of light sources elements and a liquid crystal panel for being used in the manufacturing step of a liquid crystal panel for photoreactive substance and a cooling mechanism for providing cooling air to the internal of the outer tube of each of the light source elements. Each of the light source element is equipped with a strip- shaped lamp with the emission peak at 300 nm-400 nm wavelength and a strip- shaped outer tube with light transmissive property.</p> |
