<p>The present invention relates to a wind-visor and an air conditioner including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner comprises: a main body composed of a blowing fan which forces air to flow, and a heat exchanger where the air flowing by the blowing fan and a refrigerant exchange heat; a front side panel composed of a suction port which sucks air flowing into the blowing fan, and a discharge port which discharges the air that exchanges heat in the heat exchanger; and a wind-visor which is detachably installed at one side of the discharge port. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the wind-visor comprises: a coupling unit which is selectively coupled to one side of the air discharge port of the air conditioner; and a guide unit which is extended from the coupling unit in order to guide the air discharged from the discharge port. The wind-visor can evenly provide air conditioning by preventing cold wind or warm wind from being concentrated on a specific area. The simple structure of the wind-visor can reduce manufacturing efforts and costs. In addition, the wind-visor can reduce load applying to the air conditioner through weight lightening and, in turn, can prevent safety accidents due to falling thereof. The detachable wind-visor can be easily attached or detached according to operating modes or room conditions, can prevent reduction of the durability of the front side panel of the air conditioner by removing the need to form an additional hole on the outer side of the air conditioner, and can increase energy efficiency and air conditioning efficiency of the air conditioner by preventing a wind returning phenomenon where the air discharged from the discharge port returns to the suction port of the air conditioner.</p> |
