<p>An inner stiffened panel of a vehicle side sill according to the present invention comprises: a first stiffened frame which is arranged in a length direction in side sill space formed by inner panels arranged in a length direction at lower parts of both doors of a vehicle and outer panels connected to the inner panels, is mounted to absorb external impact, is arranged in a partition type in the side sill space, and is mounted to be integrated to occupy a certain area at one side of the side sill space; and a second stiffened frame which is mounted to be integrated at the other side of the side sill space and is installed to be symmetrical to the first stiffened frame, wherein the first and second stiffened frames include a front end part which is mounted in the side sill space in a forward direction of the vehicle; and a rear end part which is mounted to have a different shape from the front end part in a backward direction of the vehicle. Furthermore, disclosed is a method for manufacturing an inner stiffened panel of a vehicle side sill includes the steps of: continuously supplying materials; producing a blanking processed product by inputting the materials between an upper die and a lower die and by consecutively blanking the material; and forming the blanking processed product produced in the blanking step to first and second stiffened frames having an integrated frame type.</p> |
