The present invention relates to an arm rest device for a seat, capable of: easily rotating, at once, arm rests installed on the side surfaces of a seat from a vertical position to a horizontal downward position; rotating the arm rests horizontally downward rotated to a horizontal position in various angles by each step; rotating, at once, the arm rests rotated to the horizontal position to the vertical position; and upward adjusting angles of the arm rests in various angles from the horizontal downward position to the horizontal position to variously adjust angles of arms according to a body type of a user. The arm rest device for a seat comprises: a fixing bracket which is coupled to one side frame in a seat; a rotation bracket which is mounted to be spaced apart at a certain interval at the front of the fixing bracket; a rest bar which is spaced apart at a certain interval at the front of the rotation bracket, has an axis coupling hole formed at one side thereof to be penetrated, and is vertically rotated based on the axis coupling hole; an angle adjusting unit which is mounted between the fixing bracket and the rotation bracket to prevent a reverse rotation while adjusting an angle of the rest bar; a rotation shaft which is mounted between the angle adjusting unit and the rest bar, includes an axis through hole formed at the center thereof, and has a tip end coupled to the axis coupling hole of the rest bar, and a rear end adhered to the rotation bracket to be simultaneously rotated with the rest bar; an arm rest fixed shaft which is inserted into the axis coupling hole of the rest bar to allow the rear end thereof to be coupled to the rotation shaft and has an insertion hole formed at the center thereof; and an arm rest fixing bolt which is inserted into the insertion hole of the arm rest fixed shaft at the front of the rest bar to allow the rear end thereof to be screw-coupled to the fixing bracket.
