The user terminal device includes a location calculation unit that calculates location information of the user terminal device, a storage unit that stores a service hub program, a display unit that displays an icon container including icons of application programs set with the service hub program, and a control unit that restricts usability of at least one of the application programs or the service hub program based on the location information and effective area information.

1. A user terminal device, comprising:
a location calculation unit that calculates location information of the user terminal device; a storage unit that stores a service hub program for managing at least one application program available in the user terminal device; a display unit that displays an icon container including icons of application programs set with the service hub program; and a control unit that restricts usability of the service hub program for managing the at least one application program or at least one application program set with the service hub program based on the location information and effective area information, wherein the service hub program is installed in the user terminal device, wherein the service hub program downloads the at least one application program corresponding to an organization from a server, and wherein the storage unit stores the effective area information and, if it is determined whether the user terminal device is within the effective area in response to a result of the determination, the control unit sets the at least one application program or the service hub program to be in an unusable state.
