<p>The present invention relates to a pickling method for a hot rolled steel plate, where trivalent iron ions (Fe^3+) generate by adding chlorine gas in an iron chloride solution (II) generated after a hydrochloric acid solution is in contact with a hot rolled steel plate and rapidly react to scale. For pickling hot rolled steel plates with different pickling properties, the above-mentioned method is provided for a hot rolled steel plate with relatively low pickling properties. In addition, a pickling apparatus for a hot rolled steel plate comprises: an acid tank where a hot rolled steel plate is located and a hydrochloric acid solution is put; and a chlorine supplying device which adds chlorine gas in the hydrochloric acid solution. The pickling method and apparatus can improve a pickling velocity of a hot rolled steel plate by 30%, and can reduce changes in the pickling velocity in order to enable stable pickling work when performing pickling on multiple hot rolled steel plates with different pickling properties from one another.</p> |
