<p>The present invention relates to a polymer stabilizing device using a grid structure. The polymer stabilizing device comprises: a polymer stabilizing chamber; a polymer feeding hole which feeds polymers into the polymer stabilizing chamber; a polymer discharge hole which discharges the polymer to the outside of the polymer stabilizing chamber; a transferring unit which is disposed in the polymer stabilizing chamber and transfers the polymers from the polymer feeding hole to the polymer discharge hole; a plasma discharging unit which is disposed in the polymer stabilizing chamber so as to generate plasma; and an electric power supply source which applies electric power to the plasma discharging unit. The plasma discharging unit includes a grid-structured first electrode disposed to be adjacent to the transferring unit and a second electrode disposed to be adjacent to the first electrode. Accordingly, the plasma is discharged near the polymers so that stabilization is promoted, and direct contact between the plasma and the polymers is prevented so that damage to or deformation in the polymers can be prevented.</p> |
