PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operation on the side of a managing system when a correction occurs in a document file composing materials. SOLUTION: Concerning contents managed inside a document file print system 106, only the name, preservation place and selection page of the document file are held in a setting file 110 as managing information but the data of the document file are not fetched. Thus, when a correction occurs in the document file 111, only the correction of the document file 111 is executed and reprinting is performed in the document file print system.
