<p>PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a process and drastically reduce process time. CONSTITUTION: A lower substrate(10) including the first substrate(12) and a driving device(14) is prepared. An upper substrate(20) includes the second substrate, a support layer(24) formed on the second substrate, and a color array device(26) formed on the support layer. A liquid crystal is injected after bonding the lower substrate with the upper substrate. The second substrate of the upper substrate is removed using an etching process.</p> |
