<p>The present invention relates to an operating device for restoring fractured implants, which smoothly grinds fractured surfaces of fixtures without removing the fractured implant fixture and then installs upper prosthesis on the upper part of the ground implant to make an implant restoring operation simple and efficient, a method for restoring the fractured implant using the same and a replacement abutment therefore. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the operating device for restoring fractured implants comprises a guide pin which has a bar shape with round surface and has external screws to be engaged with internal screws remaining on screw inserting holes in the fractured fixture to restore fractured fixtures on the implant; a grinding part which has a cylindrical-shaped guide groove on the lower end part, so that an grinding wheel formed on the lower side is contacted to the fractured areas on the fixture, where the other side of the guide pin is inserted in the guide groove; and a grinder which consists of a connection shaft formed on the same axis of the guide groove on the upper grinding part and smoothly grinds the fractured area on the fixture by rotating with use of external driving power.</p> |
