<p>The present invention relates to a biodegradable polymer film used as an adhesion prevention film and a method for producing a biodegradable polymer film. More specifically, a light source of 100 to 400 kGy is irradiated to a biodegradable film so that the biodegradable film has a cross-linking density of 150 to 2,200 mol/m^3. Moreover, provided are hydrogel produced by swelling the biodegradable polymer film through a solvent and a medical use of the same as an adhesion prevention film. According to the present invention, the biodegradable film having an increased cross-linking density by increasing the irradiated quantity of a light source exhibits high tensile strength and breaking elongation to have good physical properties as an adhesion prevention film. Furthermore, synthesized PEGDC has very low cell toxicity, and a cross-linked PEO gel film is completely decomposed in vivo after three weeks, so that the same can be stably used in vivo and can be usefully used as an ingredient of an adhesion prevention film, a gash covering agent, and a mask pack.</p> |
